Estimates
Prices on this site are 2026 ranges for Lee County so you can budget. The price you pay is the written, itemized estimate you receive after an on-site look, and it's good for the period stated on it (normally 30 days). An estimate is not a contract until you've approved it in writing and the work is scheduled.
Who does the work
Tree work arranged through this site is performed by independent, insured tree crews carrying general liability and workers' compensation insurance. Florida does not license tree services statewide; the certificate of insurance for the crew performing your work is available before you sign. See our referral marketing disclosure.
Permits, wildlife and mangroves
We check whether a city or county permit applies to your removal and tell you before we cut. We flag burrowing owl and gopher tortoise burrows and bald eagle zones and tell you what the state requires; any FWC permit is the owner's to apply for. We do not trim mangroves and refer that work to a state-registered Professional Mangrove Trimmer. Risk documentation under F.S. 163.045 is written only by our ISA Certified Arborist, only after an on-site assessment, and only when the tree meets the statute's standard; we don't write letters to order.
Payment
No deposit is due until you've approved the written price and the work is scheduled. Residential work is normally paid on completion. Emergency work after a storm may carry a surcharge, stated before the crew is dispatched.
